In order to gain access credentials for Eastdil Secured’s Loan Sale Platform (“LSP”) website and view FDIC offerings, prospective investors must register at www.esloansales.com/auction/Registration/RegisterInvestor.aspx. Below is a summary of the registration process.

1. Investor Interest Form Bidder to provide information to Eastdil Secured which will be used to vet the investor and determine appropriate offerings for an investor’s particular interests.
2. FDIC Eligibility Statement Investor to review summary items which may disqualify them from purchasing from the FDIC. The Purchaser Eligibility Certification fully identifies prospective purchasers who are not eligible to purchase assets from the FDIC under the laws, regulations and policies governing such sales. The FDIC must receive an executed Purchaser Eligibility Certification from the winning bidder upon notification of bid award. 3. Bidder Registration Statement Bidder must be registered and vetted in order to obtain access to certain information containing Personal Identifying Information (“PII”) that may be necessary for evaluation of the “Loans”. If the Registration is accepted and approved, this Registration is good for one year.
4. $50,000 Due Diligence Deposit The FDIC requires a $50,000 deposit to be posted in order to view PII (Federally Insured Banks and GSEs are exempt).
5. $500 Annual Registration Fee Eastdil Secured requires an annual registration fee in order to process the registration. The Registration Fee is to be posted prior to completing registration process.
